What this policy covers

This policy covers the AI Stream Solutions website, workflow audit requests, and evidence submitted for an accepted audit.

Information we collect

The public audit form collects your name, work email, company, workflow platform, expected outcome, reported failure, and business impact. We also process a one-way digest of the requesting IP address to limit abuse. We do not ask for passwords, API keys, access tokens, private keys, workflow exports, or customer records through the public form.

After an audit is accepted and paid, you may choose to upload a workflow export and sanitized execution evidence through a private, expiring link.

How we use information

• Review whether a request fits the audit scope
• Communicate about the request and deliver the contracted work
• Diagnose the authorized workflow
• Prevent duplicate or abusive submissions
• Maintain business, security, and legal records

Service providers

Amazon Web Services provides email delivery, case records, and private evidence storage. Vercel hosts the website and application runtime. These providers process information to provide their contracted services.

Tracking and advertising

The website does not use advertising trackers, behavioral advertising cookies, or a marketing newsletter signup. Basic hosting logs may record request data needed for security and operation.

Retention

• Uploaded evidence is scheduled for deletion from private S3 storage after 60 days.
• Noncurrent evidence versions are scheduled for deletion after 7 days.
• Rate-limit records expire within 2 hours.
• Duplicate-submission records expire after 24 hours.
• Audit case records are scheduled to expire after 400 days unless a longer period is required for an active contract, dispute, or legal obligation.

Security

Evidence is stored in a private bucket with public access blocked, server-side encryption enabled, and time-limited upload authorization. Access is limited to the systems and people required to perform the work. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask for access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. Some records may be retained when required for security, payment, contract, or legal purposes.

Children

The service is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.

United States processing

Information is processed in the United States. Do not submit information if you are not authorized to transfer it for this purpose.

Changes

Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
