Terms of Service
Effective July 15, 2026
Website requests
Submitting the website form does not create a service contract or payment obligation. AI Stream Solutions reviews the request and confirms the accepted workflow boundary, required evidence, exclusions, price, and payment instructions in writing.
Workflow Failure Audit
The advertised $350 audit covers one accepted revenue-critical workflow. The audit includes an architecture and dependency map, available failure evidence, findings ranked by risk, and a repair plan. Delivery is targeted within two business days after payment and usable evidence are received.
The audit does not include production changes, a complete review of every automation, legal or compliance certification, penetration testing, or a guarantee that every defect will be found.
Client authorization
You represent that you control the submitted workflow or have written authority to request the work. You must provide accurate scope information and must not provide data that you are not authorized to disclose.
Credentials and customer data
Do not send passwords, API keys, tokens, private keys, or unredacted customer data through the public form, email, or evidence upload. If limited production access is later required for separately approved repair work, access terms and controls must be documented in that scope.
Evidence
Private upload links are issued only for accepted, paid cases. Links expire, have file and count limits, and may be disabled after use. Files are restricted to listed evidence formats and are stored in a private quarantine location for review.
Repair work
Repairs, deployments, monitoring, and incident response require a separate written proposal. No production change will be made without client approval. Third-party fees and changes outside the written scope are excluded unless added in writing.
Client materials and reports
You retain ownership of your workflow, data, and evidence. You authorize AI Stream Solutions to use them only as needed to perform the contracted work. After full payment, you may use the delivered report for your internal business purposes. AI Stream Solutions retains its general methods, checklists, templates, and knowledge that do not contain your confidential information.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect nonpublic information received from the other and use it only for the agreed work. This obligation does not cover information that is public through no breach, already known without restriction, independently developed, or lawfully received from another source.
No guaranteed business result
Technical findings and repairs reduce identified risk. They do not guarantee revenue, uninterrupted third-party services, or error-free operation.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website or service to violate law, interfere with systems, submit malicious files, impersonate another party, or request access to systems without authorization.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. The total liability of AI Stream Solutions arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. This section does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. A signed service order may specify additional dispute terms.
Order of terms
If a signed service order conflicts with these website terms, the signed service order controls for that work.
